The Parks

As kids, the best part of the day was playing outside. We’d rush home, change into our “play clothes”
and head to the park to squeeze in as much time in the dirt before the sun went down.
Whether it was building a fort, tackling the jungle gym, or engaging in a heated game of Red Rover,
being outside made a day at school seem like a distant memory. Why not keep that same
rush-of-fresh-air mentality today and live with a park in your backyard?

Life at Olympic Park goes beyond just four walls — it extends out to three beautiful parks!
The nearly 200-acre Forest Park is so close that living at Olympic Park is like camping,
but with your cozy bed! Prefer the feeling of sand between your toes and stunning water views?
Both Howarth Park and Harborview Park are just minutes away.

When your neighbors include three amazing parks, it’s your choice! Go for a run,
host a picnic, join a work party to keep it clean, or organize a little game of “Mother May I?”.

(Your nine-year-old-self would most definitely approve.)

Forest Park

Just blocks from your front door is Everett’s oldest and largest park, Forest Park. In addition to the abundant forest and trails, Forest Park offers a swim center, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, horseshoes, picnic areas, and even an animal farm!

The community group, Stewards of Forest Park (SOFP), works to restore and maintain the park while learning about natural inhabitants as well. Work parties are held regularly and extra hands are always welcomed.

Harborview Park

With striking views of Possession Sound, Harborview Park is a perfect spot for your next picnic party. Rent one of their pavilions and host a BBQ — talk about waterfront dining!

Howarth Park

A short walk towards the sound lies Howarth Park, the city’s original sun bathing beach. This 28-acre park provides spectacular views, trails, tennis courts, the Lewis & Clark Native Garden, an off-leash dog-area, and safe access to a saltwater beach.
